Hebe ‘Wiri Mist’ is a hybrid evergreen, compact, flattish spreading shrub, reaching H 60cm x W 1m. The fresh green leaves are spear-shaped, up to 2.2 cm long and up to 8mm wide. 
It has masses of white flowers on inflorescences up to 4 cm long with a diameter 2cm. The flowers are 8mm in diameter and the anthers are pink. They appear in late spring and early summer.
Jack Hobbs raised this hebe cultivar prior to 1991 at the Auckland Regional Botanic Garden, New Zealand, as part of a program to breed hebes suitable for the Auckland climate. The parents are Hebe albicans and Hebe diosmifolia.
