Hebe ‘Rock and Pillar’ decumbent straggling small, much branched, evergreen shrub. There is no literature describing this hebe.
The label says it’s from Otago so I presume it’s from the Rock and Pillar Range which is a little more than an hour from Dunedin. Its summit ridge dominated by impressive schist tors and rocky pillars.
