Hydrocotyle microphylla is a native hydrocotyle found in wetter areas... It is a prostrate creeping mat-forming (often less than 30cm across) perennial found in lawns and fairways. The green leaves are almost round with five to seven shallow lobes. They are usually hairless and are up 3 to 10mm across, They are stalked at the centre. 
This New Zealand native found from coastal, lowland to montane and usually in open, damp places.
